1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://pixvibetech.com or engaging PixVibeTech for software development or AI automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Engagements & Master Services Agreements
All custom software development and AI engineering services are governed by dedicated project-specific Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA). SOWs define scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, the client retains 100% full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and title to all custom-developed proprietary code, database schemas, and unique assets produced specifically for the client.
4. Software Product Catalog & Prototypes
Products listed in our catalog marked as "In Development" or "Coming Soon" (including PixPanel, PixVibe Photo Enhancer, and Watermark Remover) represent ongoing internal R&D projects. No warranty of immediate availability, fitness for a specific purpose, or commercial release timeline is guaranteed until officially launched.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PixVibeTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, sample code, or software prototypes.
